We are a family-owned company with Swiss and Italian origins. We own an organic wine estate and B&B in the hills above Modena where we are also hosting guests from all over the world during the summer season. We are producing organic wine, fruit and vegetables in this wonderful region of Emilia-Romagna that is also known as "the belly of Italy" thanks to its generous and delicious food like Tagliatelle al ragù, Parma ham, Parmigiano Reggiano and, of course, Balsamic Vinegar, also called the Black Gold of Modena!

 

SIN Food was created in 2015 literally from popular request: our friends told us that it was impossible to find a decent balsamic vinegar in Switzerland at an affordable price! So, we decided to select the best local quality products to share them with our Swiss clients. Since then, the feedback has been fantastic, and we are thrilled to make them so happy!
